Andy's Glass is a family-run business working from a small shop in Kilburn. Andy has been glazing across London for over ten years and still attends jobs himself, so the person you speak to is the person dealing with your work.

What happens after you enquire
From first call to finished job
Quotations are free and there is no call-out charge for a quote.
1. You get in touch
Call, WhatsApp photos or send the quote form. Emergencies go straight to the phone line.
2. Quote or survey
Small jobs we can often price from photos. Larger installations need a free on-site survey and measure.
3. Written quotation
You receive a clear written price. A survey is not a booking - nothing is ordered until you say yes.
4. Order and deposit
50% deposit when the order is placed. Made-to-order glass and frames have a manufacturing lead time, confirmed with your quotation.
5. Installation
We agree a fitting date once the glass or frames arrive, fit them and clear up after ourselves.
6. Balance
50% balance on completion of the work. We use quality materials and finish every job properly. If anything is not right with our work, call us and we will come back and put it right.
Double glazed sealed units: usually 2-4 working days from order
UPVC windows and doors: usually 7-10 working days from order
Call us with your postcode and we will confirm our earliest available arrival time. Making safe and boarding up happens first; replacement glass is made to measure and fitted afterwards
