What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, telephone number, postcode, the service you need and your description of the job. Email address, property address, sizes and preferred dates are optional. If you attach photos, we collect those too.
How we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go ahead with. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Photos
Photos you attach are stored privately. They are not published on this website or anywhere else, and we only use them to understand and price your job.
Website measurement
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages lead to enquiries. We do not send your name, telephone number, email address or the text of your enquiry into any analytics or advertising tool.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep enquiries while we are dealing with them and for our normal business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and photos at any time by emailing info@andysglasskilburn.co.uk or calling 07411 415605.
