UPVC Windows & Doors - Repairs and New Installations
A UPVC window or door that will not lock, drops on its hinges or lets in draughts can usually be repaired for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. We also supply and fit new UPVC throughout.
Hardware repairs
Hinges, handles, multi-point locks, gearboxes and letterplates replaced with matching parts.
Draughts and leaks
Perished gaskets and failed seals renewed so the window closes tight again.
Misted glass
Blown sealed units swapped out without changing the frame.
New installations
Made-to-measure UPVC windows, doors and French doors supplied and fitted.
Repairs to existing UPVC windows and doors
Most UPVC problems are hardware, not the frame. A repair is usually a fraction of the cost of replacing the window or door.

How a new installation works
- 1Send photos and rough sizes, or book a free survey at your property.
- 2We survey and measure, and agree styles, colours, glazing and hardware with you.
- 3You get a written quotation - nothing is ordered until you are happy with it.
- 450% deposit on order, then your frames are manufactured (usually 7-10 working days).
- 5We fit, take the old frames away and leave the reveals tidy.
- 6Balance on completion, and we come back if anything is not right.

How it works
- 1
Photograph the window or door - and the hinge or lock if that is the problem.
- 2
We identify the hardware and quote for the part and labour.
- 3
Common parts are carried on the van; the rest are ordered in.
- 4
We fit, adjust and test the window or door before we leave.

Common questions
My UPVC door will not lock - is that expensive?
Usually not. It is most often the multi-point gearbox, which is a replaceable part rather than a new door.
Can you match my existing handles?
In most cases yes. Send a photo including any branding on the hinge or lock and we will source the match.
Do you fit new UPVC windows?
Yes - surveyed, made to your sizes and fitted, with the old frames taken away. New UPVC is usually 7-10 working days from order.
Can you repair a door someone has forced?
Yes. Call us and we will make it secure first, then quote for the lock and any frame repair.
Ready for a price?
Send a few photos and rough sizes and we will come back with a clear written quote.
